Feel yourself in the role of the ancient divine essence Breath in From Dust. This is a god simulator in which you have to follow a tribe of primitive representatives of the human race. They move forward in search of lost knowledge. You can control the process with both a mouse and a gamepad.
You are given the opportunity to feel like the creator of the earth and its living creatures. You are able to change the relief, change the course of the river, shelter the tribe from volcanic eruptions and much more to save the ancient, not the most intelligent, people. Due to the simplified life cycle system, the processes of birth, aging and death were not implemented. The squad will constantly consist of the same people, without changes in appearance.
The plot takes place on an unnamed archipelago, prone to frequent natural disasters such as tsunamis, storms, floods, lava rivers and so on. With the help of the cursor, the player is given the opportunity to create rivers and reservoirs, taking water from the ocean. As you progress through the Breath, many new abilities will appear, for example, hardening water for a while. But over time, new difficulties are unlocked, among them self-igniting plants that can burn your tribe in a second.
In addition to the single-player campaign, there is a "Trials" mode. It will offer much more complex scenarios for passing (more than 30) than were in the storyline. Unfortunately, no multiplayer has been added. The graphic part was praised from the very outset, and the advanced physics model was also cutting-edge for its time..
