Invasion Vill is a retro horror game in which the protagonist must confront aggressive aliens who like to snack on human flesh. It all starts rather trivial - a man takes a trip in his car, takes a wrong turn, and ends up right in the lair of alien organisms that look like a creature from a movie "Something". Now he must, without any weapons, get out of the unfortunate place and escape as far away from the nightmare as possible.

Invasion Vill is all about interacting with the virtual world. The gamer is able to hide behind almost any suitable object - under a bed, in a closet, just behind a wall, or in a sewer. In addition, he is required to explore his surroundings, solve simple puzzles and look for items that will unlock him further. The universe is represented by a large spacious location with numerous multi-level buildings.

As an average human, the protagonist can not fight, and therefore must only hide and run from the enemy. The user is aware that the aliens are blind, but have excellent hearing, and therefore should move about the premises as quietly as possible, without hitting any object and not dropping them.
