Stray Cat Crossing Is an adventure horror game created by a small indie company that used the power of a free engine called RPG Maker for its brainchild. This choice made it possible to create a project that is similar to classic RPGs that used an isometric camera. The graphics in the game are pixelated, stylized as 16-bit. The single-player campaign, which is available for passage without an Internet connection, starts with the fact that the main character, created by a gamer, meets a young girl named Kat, who asks the player to take her home, because she is lost and cannot understand where she is. This kicks off a bizarre adventure of a couple of hours that is required to complete.

The setting of the project is made using surrealism, extraterrestrial territories and creatures that have never existed on planet Earth: huge caterpillars that wear masks on their faces, rams that have the ability to speak and think clearly, babies that change their appearance at will. The gameplay is based on solving riddles under an ambient soundtrack, diluted with post-rock, soothing the player. The user will have to apply all his skills to stay alive after meeting with unfriendly creatures.
